By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Genix Cloud Solutions provides custom software development services including web applications, ERP systems, POS solutions, mobile applications, and related digital services.

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.

Project pricing is agreed upon before work begins and documented in a formal quotation or agreement.

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Typically a deposit is required before work starts.

Late payments may result in a pause in project work until payment is received.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered software, excluding any third-party components or open-source libraries used.

Genix Cloud Solutions retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party tools, frameworks, and libraries remain under their respective licenses.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback required to complete the project.

Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed delivery timeline.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or data provided to us.

Genix Cloud Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.

In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Genix Cloud Solutions may terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
